PELA is led by a board of directors that functions as a cohesive team to plan, strategize, and implement the goals and policies for the organization. The directors represent a cross section of backgrounds and fundamentally share a love for McCall and the area lands that surround it. PELA has seven directors that conduct the day-to-day operations of the organization. All directors and officers serve on a volunteer basis and are listed below.
